Sometimes you feel like a nut…sometimes you feel like a lot.

Theresa’s mom brought her a bunch of their family’s favorite baked goods during a visit last week. I was lucky enough to snag the recipe! Yumm.

  • 16 ounce jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 12 ounce package Reese’s Peanut Butter chips
  • 5 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 10 ounce package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

1. Sprinkle half the nuts in the bottom of a buttered 9″ by 13″ pan.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, place peanut butter chips and butter. Cook on high in microwave, stirring frequently until pieces are melted. (Start at
one minute and add 30 second intervals if needed).  Add sweetened condensed milk and microwave 30 seconds longer on high.

3. Stir marshmallows into the bowl mixture thoroughly. Spread over peanuts in pan. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts, pressing nuts into marshmallow mixture.

4. Allow to set for about an hour before cutting into squares.
